Refund Policy

At Article 14, we are committed to maintaining transparency and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of legal services, certain conditions apply for refunds.

1. Consultation Fees

• Fees once paid for consultation or case review are non-refundable, unless the appointment is canceled by us.

2. Advance Fees

• If legal services are engaged through a formal agreement and advance payment is made, refunds are subject to deductions based on services already rendered or time invested.

3. Cancellation by Client

• Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• In such cases, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

4. Service Denial or Delay

• If we are unable to proceed with your case due to unforeseen circumstances or conflicts of interest, a full or proportional refund will be initiated.
